I feel refreshed, I had my breakfast, took my meds and put my eye drops. I have my dental hygienist appointment today. I try to have my dental check once a year. It is going to be a sunny day today.

That’s good to know. Always waking up to a good morning is uplifting. I feel like darkness fall upon me when I wake up everyday. Hope someday I get up smiling .

Getting teeth cleaned is important. Before things get worse.
I was more afraid of pain cos I had stuff on my teeth but it was okay… Phew

Yes i always ask for them to use a waterpick. Makes it hurt less.

Are your teeth in okay condition mine were until I first got medicated the fizzy drinks got to me and things went down hill
But it’s still manageable they aren’t a total train wreck.
I’m glad I didn’t even need fillings the other day thou I didn’t go for 3 years to the dentist.

Being outside can feel rubbish sometimes and yes today is one of those days.

I don’t even know why it’s not positive symptoms, it’s just feeling out of place.
