I see that bright light

…And it’s not the headlamp of that oncoming train.

Think we’ve got this covid beat. It’s day 3 of symptoms and I just feel over the worst of it. Dad is pretty good which is a surprise but luckily he had some antibiotics already for another issue and it’s helped him with his bad lungs. I just feel like I’ve this really bad head cold but starting to feel better…Had to borrow one of dad’s inhalers to get my chest through but it’s worked. Still a little congested but was worse.

Only downside is I just can’t get any sleep in. I’ve only slept like 4 hours over the last couple of nights and it’s knocked me around a bit. I’m used to zyprexa laying me on my ass and sleeping like a baby. This being wired and sitting up all night is kicking my ass…

Was only a couple of months ago I was saying to the Americans I didn’t know anyone personally who had the covid. That has certainly changed over here in a relatively short period of time. Just shows you it doesn’t take long for things like covid to spread when the masks and such are given away…oh well. Onwards and upwards.

I guess everyone is adjusting to the new normal.

We have to learn how to live with COVID like the flu.
