I ate ice cream today. This kind. Thats why I cant stick to a healthy eating.

I don’t eat healthily either. But I count my calories.
I’m hoping to eat a bit healthier when I lose more weight. But losing weight is my priority.

I would enjoy it. Then feel I need to stop buying food full of sugar.
I started sugar again and it’s been hard to stop.
My weight is up again.
