I drink a large tea i cant believe how much the meds slow everything down

yes! especially some meds. when i was on invega i literally didnt go for like 3 days or something. I think it causes everything to dry up, so best to stay hydrated and get enough fiber. Maybe metamusil can help

Metamusil doesnt do anything for me only caffiene does but Im on invega right now
