My mom just offered to pay half the cost of me getting my hair done! I haven’t had a haircut since November.
I just wear it long without an actual style, and have it trimmed twice a year.
My mom wants me to go to this really upscale salon that does a great job and can give me a style.
Since it’s double what I normally pay, she offered to pay half! I’m so grateful!!!

On Tuesday I’m paying for a haircut myself
Since Covid I’ve had my mother buzz cut my hair.
But due to infighting in the family I really feel I can benefit from the(what I’d imagine) is increased self esteem.
I’m glad you get to get a haircut. I’m sorry you don’t feel good about yourself 
I find that getting up and getting dressed nicely automatically boosts my self esteem. It helps if you like your clothes and they fit well, and, of course, hair makes a difference, too! I hope you and ZmaGal both feel as great as I’m sure you’ll look.

My hairdresser and her assistant don’t seem to like me.
I feel I’m not welcome there so if I go to hairdressers again might have to be another place.
The assistant hairdresser was rude and disrespectful to me too in how she told me to be seated.
They gave nice coffee though.
Also difficult to book too difficult.
My hair has split ends and is a mess .
If she speaks harshly, it’s best to find a new hairdresser. You’re paying for a service and should feel good when you’re done
