Group of young adults? Just stay out of drama IMO.
A chance to have friends or maybe you prefer to be to yourself.
Have a good relationship with your care team.

I wouldn’t worry about it. I don’t even remember my 18th birthday.
You do will be held accountable for your actions as an adult as of then.
