Spent most of the last 5 days in bed and feeling as if I was severely depressed energy wise, but now I’m back on modafinil and I so far I’m awake again. I stopped it for 5 days to reset it, how painful. Hopefully I keep going fingers crossed

Just got sick in the bathroom, from I think, was eating night old sushi. Didn’t think it would do that if refrigerated

Where did you go?
Went to the mall, then out to dinner and soon a small concert at a local restaurant. Busy day

The day went very well, I was drinking coffee till 9:30 to stay up but I made it thru. This was all for my birthday celebration so now I’m looking forward to my generally relaxing days inside
