This has happened to me a few times. Probably accidenrally took my propranolol twice. Internet says its called syncope.
I feĺl to my knees, then vision went black and then i shook back and forth aftaid i was going to fall a s break something or hit my head
Call 911 and get checked out would be my advice.
I don’t want to alarm you but it sounds like it could be a seizure. Not the end of the world necessarily, but you should get it checked out
