I have to say, today was a good day

I did the lawn for my mom then went on a 4 mile walk while listening to my podcasts. Got home and burned a frozen pizza and ate it all myself. I guess today was something of a cheat day for the dieting. Today I woke up at 165 lbs, that’s a huge leap toward my goal of 160. Once I get down there I will start running again. Running used to balance me out and made me more consistent. I want that achievment in my life again.
