i finally talked to my mother i need the hospital
she has shut me down since we talked
she says i have to do what i think is right for me
im really suicidal and homicidal
i got to get threw till Wednesday cause i have an appointment with my pcp Wednesday
if i cancel that appointment i will have to wait 6 months for a new one
i have to keep it to get my a1c checked and figure out any med changes for my diabetes
i hate myself for thinking of my self
now with everything going on with my brother the guilt is making me hate my self
i should be here for him but i just cant do it anymore
i need a break from helping everyone else and fix myself so i can go back to helping others

Do what you need to do. You’re not much help to others if you’re dead or in prison. Get the help you need as soon as you can get it
