I have deleted reddit!

I honestly cant stand the site. The people are so patronising and rude and my posts never get shown as they always end up in spam bin. Got sick of the endless rules for the site too when i was perminently band from one of the subreddits.you also cant post much if your new and you have to wait days to post.

I can’t stand Reddit either. I’m not on it.

I kind of like it, but I’m mostly in the photograpy and amateur broadcasting subreddits.

I pretty much just post in a watch community and an edc community. The watch people can be douchy, but the edc community is pretty cool.

I use the cognitive testing subreddit. I’ve joined and left several times. If I wasn’t so insecure, and lacking in self confidence due to the bullying related trauma, I wouldn’t give a flying f*** about being really intelligent or not. It claims to have the best means of testing how bright you are outside of doing an official, proctored, test. Which quite frankly is utter bullcrap. I made the mistake once of joining in the ‘What is my IQ’? game. That’s my name for it. You post your results from tests, and ask for an estimation of your IQ. I got told most of my results were crap because the tests I did were ‘crap’. It’s a subreddit that doesn’t lack for very vocal armchair critics/'experts. I avoid posting results now.

I like Reddit for browsing. I usually just lurk though. I don’t even comment very often.

Reddit lol. What a cess pool.

I have not used it much

Is it like the Facebook comments section?

I get it. I’m off reddit too. I sometimes use it to find information (game news etc) but I don’t engage in the community.

Yea reddit is toxic. Just statistically speaking, you get enough people together especially online there’s gonna be trolls and ■■■■■■■■. If for example every 1/100 people is a jerk. I mean how many idiots does that mean are on that subreddit? People are gonna post nasty things invariably. Losers they are.

Far worse than Facebook cause atleast on FB it’s their real name so there some accountability. Reddit is anonymous and full of trolls. I posted in there the other day and of course some ass hat had to tell me my video was cringe. I don’t care but it’s annoying. Like a mosquito trying to drink your blood. It’s like screw off!

I like Reddit. I just don’t post very much. I will Google a topic I like and then type Reddit. I find a lot of down to earth answers.

Reddit is toxic and unfun however it’s the only site I find useful for gathering information/knowledge. There’s lots to learn from certain subreddits, but the community can be toxic. Reddit is best used as a lurker without signing up.

I like it as a source for hobby info like electronics and tech but I rarely post. I don’t like it because it is a sap on time. I lose hours scrolling sometimes. I’ve deleted it a few times but it is back on my computer at the moment

I love reddit. I mostly lurk though.

There are some very ageist persons on the subreddit I go on . This is the kind of comment they make .

That’s hilarious given the likes of people like John Nash Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking. Young people’s egos blind them to so much, and make them act simplistically. Including thinking they’re smarter than people when they aren’t. My opinion at least.

thats odd, usually youd equate age with wisdom maybe he hasnt heard of it before lol

I check Reddit every so often for gaming news and stuff. I don’t post very frequently.

There are a lot of good answers and personal accounts on Reddit if you google search a specific question.

Depends on the sub reddits;

I’m mostly on audio/music production sub reddits and everyone there seems Ok. They cried like a ■■■■■ when I dissed Pro Tools though. Haha.
