I wouldn’t worry about your IQ. The only one I took gave me a range that I’m in. I’m not going to worry about how smart I am. I like the one that told me I’m an INFP personality type though. It means Introverted iNtuitive Feeling & Perceptive.

Nice to meet a fellow introvert. Something like 25% to 40% of the population are introverted. We often are misunderstood.

To see what criteria off support services I meet. Generic mental health services are intellectual disability services. I meet intellectual disability services so have their funding which to be fare is more superior to mental health services.
It took me until I was 25 years old before I learned how to spell IQ.

@bobbilly I go on about high range IQ tests, because they’re one of the few things I’m quite good at. If I was good looking,which I’m not, I’d do better posting umpteen selfies.Your 69 IQ doesn’t stop you being liked to an extent I could never be liked.
Socially,IMO(others may disagree), it’s better to be at least average looking than to be highly intelligent. Despite your 69 IQ you fit in well here. That’s to your credit.

I am not a believer in iq tests.
I don’t believe they can measure a person’s intellect.
Perhaps their education a little.
My dad is obsessed with intelligence and iq test.
He never saw me in a valuable light much and always said I was dumb in different ways until his x girlfriend told him I’m intelligent and because she scored top on a Iq test he thinks she is a genius so he believed her word for it so now he may not think I’m super dumb anymore.
It’s not a nice feeling to be treated as though you are dumb and perhaps belittling etc
In Sweden they did iq test on psychotic people.ha ha ha ha
It was humiliating and degrading to have to do iq test they do on young children .
You are surely lovely and unique and probably don’t fit their box of the place they want to sit you in.

It might be someone’s idea of a joke to trick you into thinking you have a low IQ. Something like that happened to me. My weakest subject is math, and yet that was the subject where I had the highest score on my ACT test. My strongest subject is English, and that was the subject I scored the lowest on. I was certain of all the answers I gave on that subject. I wondered about this for many years, but then I decided the only answer was that it was someone’s idea of a joke. Either that, or they made an honest mistake, but it was a mistake. Those weren’t my real scores.

I met people with IQ deficit reading massive books everyday and being brave, the problem comes reading emotions and catching up phrases
I dont actually want to know my iq. Im probably just below average anyway. I cant add up a shopping list without a calculator - but im almost “psychic” in reading other peoples problems in person.
We all got our unique set of skills i believe.
well i think you just failed the test. it is after all just a test. i dont even believe in it as a measure of intelligence.
I don’t know my IQ. I was placed in the Gifted and Talented program in 4th grade after taking a test but nobody ever told me my results. It was a lot of fun, reading a ton of books and doing fun projects like making rice paper from scratch and building bridges with toothpicks to learn science concepts.

I think like a lot of modern psychological tools they can be good to tailor services and treatments but not really define a person.
I’m a little leery of the idea that all the mental activity we call “intelligence” can be measured by a single number. However, that number stays stable over time and I bet there are all kinds of correlations between a high IQ and different kinds of achievement. However, I have met people with high IQ’s that couldn’t function in society.

I don’t believe my IQ is anything amazing but I do love to learn; it’s my favorite hobby, by far lol.
