Next tattoo idea. A black and grey realistic otter wearing a fedora with color moon and stars in the background.
In native American culture the otter represents femininity and empathy. An otters personality also fits with mine in that they are very playful and curious.
I’ve worn a fedora regularly for the past few years when I was in high school it was what I was known for so the fedora is used to show that I am the otter.
I feel a deep connection with the stars and moon. I do not know how to explain this connection but they are incredibly calming and are also linked to my empathy in a weird way. Like I said I don’t know how to explain it. I can say that they are very important to me. That’s why those are there.
My Phoenix represents my strength the otter is my personality and empathy
I’m gonna think on it for a bit and if after a bit I still really like the idea then I’m gonna get a hold of my tattoo artist. And set it up as my 19th birthday present to myself.
I’ve always wanted to wear a fedora. I did wear one once. In the late 80’s about 1988 clear back before they were in. I showed up at my gf’s house in one. She didn’t blink an eye.
@rocket honestly not sure, I’d like to put it on one of my legs but I’m gonna let my tattoo artist advise me on where it would fit the best. Phoenix buddies!
@anon28145038 A pocket watch would be cool. People ask the time and you pull out this nice looking pocket watch. I’m just kind of small all around. I’ve been told that I wear it well. I just enjoy wearing it it’s different and fun and I like the look of it.
im going to get a tattoo when i put on some weight. i was thinking my family coat of arms inside a celtic cross. i was also thinking about an arm sleeve with a fertility goddess as the main feature, and also a navigational compass, and a rebirth tattoo. i wouldn’t mind getting something on my leg as well. so my coat of arms on my left arm, and an arm sleeve on my right arm. and maybe a piece on my leg. it’s my mid life crisis to get a bunch of tattoos haha. i currently have none.
