Woah, I actually can answer this super specific question! Yes! I always wear them while I crochet. Other people on the crochet subreddit also said they like these ones when crocheting.

Its a wild guess but it might be high uric acid lvl. If you eat a lot of red meat like steaks it acumulates. Im no doctor but its a guess again.

I don’t eat red meat. Mainly poultry, tuna on occasion and vegetables, beans, and whole grains. My downfall is dairy free ice cream. I eat some almost everyday. I’m cutting down on it though. Soon I won’t eat it at all anymore
