So i was proactiv tday:
1.made a gp appointmnt about mental health team referal but thats not until 22.12
SO i just need to wait for a response from them now.
I’m always getting in and out. It’s crazy
Unfortunately, If there was a non medication way of doing this, we’d all be doing it. And whoever found the method would get a Nobel prize.

How are you doing now? Did you hear anything from the mental health team?
Hi @everhopeful , thx for asking. They have not yet responded, knowing this country, it may take up to a week. Good news is that i feel confident that at least they will accept me. I made a good case for my circumnstances n how it wud be useful to see a psychologist or even jus a mental health nurse, regularly.
If you live anywhere near me and are If you’re under the Brent team chances are you’ll be waiting waiting waiting until you chase. They are terrible. Sorry to say.

Yes, I’ve read it. It’s very helpful. If you follow it. It has specific supplements for most conditions.
Do what you enjoy and what makes you feel normal. Also try to relax and take it easy. Go to a safe place.
