biopsies taken at my GYN clinic appointment yesterday on New Years eve. Then, I went to my sisters to celebrate a late Christmas/ New Years dinner. I didn’t tell her or her family anything about the biopsies. I didn’t want to worry her on this special day. I’m not the least bit afraid or worried. I don’t know why. Probably because I’m very grounded in my faith.

Most biopsies are negative. Just worry if they tell you you need to worry. For now, just keep reminding yourself it’s almost always negative and normal.

Better to find out now. They are doing some really good things with treatment these days for a lot of conditions and cancers. Pretty soon stuff like chemo will be on the way out and better drugs are coming online all the time.

I had to have a biopsy a couple of years ago on my breast. It turned out to be nothing but I was scared for a whole week before I got the results.
Yes most are negative. Try not to worry. And it’s very sweet you thought of them.

I had multiple surgeries over the years, all to rule out cancer. Breast cancer was one, melanoma was one, etc. I was afraid, but hopeful.

They usually put you under for a breast biopsy.

It’s not the biopsy that hurts but the numbing injection that hurts. But I found that my Risperdal Consta injections hurt way worse than that numbing injection.
