I gained 18 pounds

yeah WW is good. i lost about 25-30 pounds on it about 6 years ago. got down to 130 pounds.

Those are healthy weights for an average men its even on the low side. 130lb is underweight and considered unhealthy, my goal is 75-80kg as thats a healthy bmi and weight

I think I’m 75 kg I’m eating sort of wholesome food to get better. Avoiding fruit even.

I highly recommend eating solid food at least once per day. Otherwise when you try to eat food again you’ll get very painful cramping etc, I mean to the point of being doubled over in pain.

Eat some veggies, and some lean protein at least. Plus, you might want a little more in calories. Females should eat no less than 1200 calories, and males should eat no less than 1500 calories per day. Good luck!

For me fruit is too addictive. Once I eat fruit it triggers me to want to eat more idk why. Could be due to the fructose. Not here to say don’t eat fruit. It’s just not for me atm

Yes I’m eating vegetables. So don’t need a supplement. Just b12 later.
