I haven’t been taking my Cymbalta antidepressant for the last four or five days, and I haven’t been sleeping well. I finally took one this morning, and it knocked me out. I guess I will need to talk to my pdoc about weaning me off of them, or if I really need them.

I wasn’t having much trouble with anxiety, except worrying about not getting enough sleep. That went away after I took a Cymbalta this morning.

I just started taking Caplyta AP instead of Abilify, and I was hoping I would no longer need an antidepressant. I guess not though.
