I feel very fortunate having SZA

I was a care child (abusive childhood) and before my diagnosis I had nobody in my life apart from one friend that was a toxic friendship who took advantage of my loneliness. It would of continued that way if I wasn’t diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder. My life would of been that of unemployment and poverty living in shady housing with people taking advantage because I am vulnerable. With this diagnosis I now live in a group home with people who are vulnerable. I’m very happy. I’m financially secure. I’m never lonely. I have many things to be thankful for.

It’s good to hear that someone is actually benefitting from this disease.
