I hate feeling like that. Drink some ginger ale for your tummy. Do you have any allergy and/or sinus medicine you can take? Hope you feel better soon

My daughter just told me to drink gingerale lol. Great minds!
I ran out of allergy meds. I’ll have to go get some.

I would take an aspirin, not tylenol or ibuprofen. Vitamin C and omega 3’s. But if your ears hurt, you might have to see a doctor.

I took an allergy pill. I’ll see if it helps. And sucking on vitamin c lozenges.
