@PinCushion . I notice animals when they aren’t settling down get up and walk around a bit. I often do that when I’m struggling to sleep. I still get akithisia from the meds so I’m moving my legs anyways but if it works for the cat/dog I’m trying it…Those animals have long ago figured it out!

I often feel like a cat too, food motivated… don’t touch me unless I say so… likes to sleep…
