I feel good about myself

I don’t think of my trauma to much anymore, I don’t miss being a mom to much, I don’t THINK I’m over eating, I feel better over all

I try to only eat sweets after I put some nutritious food in me. I try not to just eat sweets alone.

My goal is to eat a sweet tasting fruit instead of sugary sweets. I’ve done pretty well so far in the last week
