I feel seriously depressed. I was on such a high and with the meds they robbed me of happiness.
Fighting to keep from severe depression. Back in 2004 when I was in the ward I was super depressed. I’m sorry hun. I know it hurts. If you need help don’t be afraid to ask for help. I hope you get youreds sorted.

Can you take your self on a walk or talk to a friend.
If it is the medication you should talk with your psychiatrist about changing them to what feels better for you.
You have lots to look forward to though such as holiday overseas.
