A long time I hope. Today I had zero energy and the boss gave me the job that takes a lot of walking and bending. I was beat before I started, the only way I made it through the day is I would work for twenty minutes and then I’d sit down for 5 or ten minutes. I can’t get away with that forever. I gotta start walking on my days off, that’s the only thing that will give me energy. I closed my move ring though.
I don’t know what I can do for work because my ankles and shins hurt when I walk and I can’t talk a lot. I’m not sure if getting SSI and low income housing is an option for me for the rest of my life.
Do you have any time off coming up?
Nah, I took a lot of time off in August. Like 5 vacation days out 12 work days.
WalkIng more on your days off is a good idea.
I havent been walking much recently .due to the hot weather and I can definitely feel increased aches and pains and tiredness. I feel like the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz slowly rusting in place. ![]()
If it’s your legs that cave, walking is a good idea. If it’s your back and shoulders, training strenght will help. For me it’s usually the latter, but trainning strenght 1 hour 2-3times a week keeps it at bay.
you are still a lot stronger than me, i tried doing some cleaning in an office twice for only 2 hrs a week, i was so ■■■■ i only lasted 4 months ![]()
Dont know what weight you are, but losing weight can do wonders. Sometimes you say you drive to get a soda or take out. Getting older you may have to start cutting those things out
