I dont feel worthy of life or beautiful anymore because of antipsychotics

I dont think i ever was the best looking in a group. But i just feel so worthless to be honest. I hate being fat and having loads of steetch marks. I hate that my mind has ruined my body and that im no longer skinny. Mean while. Girls like princess andre have absolutely everything. Looks body fame. I just feel like a no body tbh.

Schizophrenia is a tricky thing to live with and weight gain is common. Gaining weight doesnt make you less of a worthwhile person. You are worthy of love and care, try to be kind to yourself. Looks and fame aren’t everything. Looks mean sometimes people just like you for your looks and fame means that you have no privacy. You are a good person and you can work towards deeper things that make you feel happy. You can also work hard to lose weight if you really want to.

You could ask your doctor about those weight loss injections. You’re on olanzapine which is a notorious weight gainer med.

People can still lose weight on it, it’s just difficult. So why shouldn’t you investigate weight loss injections.

I have lost 13 lbs now and counting and I take a hefty dose of olanzapine and Rexulti too. It takes work but it can be done. You can do it too! I know it’s hard but start small. Do you have a good therapist for yourself and these thoughts and troubles about your body? @Sleeping

Unfortunatly i do not have a therapist. Im not sure they would help me anyway. I have become infatuated with a celebrity who is so beautiful its unreal. She is my idol tbh she is everything i wish i could have. Big family fame fortune beauty (the beauty that i wish i could have) i know it isnt healthy but i just wish it could be different

Beauty and fame is not everything in life. The life in the commercials aren’t achievable. I am sure you got more qualities like intelligence, patience. Just give yourself some time. In a view years from now you will see yourself different from now.
