I feel so numb.
I don’t feel depressed. I don’t feel sad or angry or happy. I feel nothing. I feel indifferent.
I do feel like there’s something missing. I just don’t know what.
I recently started birth-control and was told to look out for depression symptoms, so this might be a placebo effect, but I just don’ know.
Something feels off.
When I’ve felt the way you described, numb, indifferent, and feeling nothingness it led me to depression. Do you have a strong support system like friends or family you can spend some time with and share this with? If not then maybe a therapist or psychiatrist? Just a thought. I really wouldn’t want you to fall into depression. Do you think the way you’re feeling could be due to the birth control side effects?
If it happened just as you went on birth control its def possible yea to be to do with that. Some people are more sensitive than others to those kind of side effects from birth control.
