This is a pretty hard question for us to answer @Crystal-Cotton . You are likely going to have to endure it. Maybe try to find some hobbies to pass the time.

I’d give yourself a chance to settle in without being too hard in yourself. Everything takes an adjustment period. Didnt you just get there basically?

I dont know about going outside. You are fresh off the bus though, as they say. Give it some time and breath easy.

I wish I could live alone but they say I’m too unstable for that

Understandable. I wouldnt want to live alone. The forces would be far too scary for that.

I live alone and my people skills suck like I feel like yelling at people who I encounter in public. I’m going to get in trouble if I’m not careful. I don’t like being alone and I doubt you would. You could always have a visitor though.

I think you’re being dramatic about it. It takes time to get used to new places and new people. Work on making at least one friend there. It’ll help a lot

It takes time to get used to a new place. I live alone, but its taken me a long time to appreciate the individual space even still, i feel alone and sometimes even upset that im alone.

Give it time. As time goes by there you will probably discover good things about living there along with the bad.

Try talking to the staff about how you feel, they may be able to help and take you out shopping and days out

I agree with giving it time and to make a friend. Do you get your own bedroom? I would guess so. That would be a nice place for you to take a break.

You’ll be there until you are treated well enough and aren’t threatening to kill anyone over a period of time. Not sure how long but you need to earn trust
