@Twialine I’m still hoping to overcome some of the damage done during my youth. The first thing to do is to become aware of it. So many of us spend years wandering and never knowing what hit. I have it good enough now so that some of the pain can surface and be healed…
Oh, and by the way, I’m female.

Well, I can’t expect anyone to know my gender from my user name because it is neutral. No apologies necessary.

True, but your tagline does have matriarch in it.

I constantly get gender wrong on this forum with newer members, I tend to assume certain males are female for some reason.

My mom loves me. Never met my dad and my stepdad hates what I am. One out of two ain’t bad though.
