My boss knows I’ve been wanting to find a shift manager position and told me today he is actually looking to hire one, and he recommended I apply. Since I expressed interest a few weeks back he’s been showing me how to do some of the duties and telling me what I could expect, he’s going to help me prepare for the interview a bit . I hope he wants to promote me but there are many qualified people at my store.
