Same for me its stupid, the therapist was just repeating what I already know. She would have caused me depression and suicide if I didn’t stop her!
I agree, I found OC therapy and all therapists plain stupid!
OT was incredibly helpful for me. I learned all sorts of skills that have made my life easier.
OT also helps me with mobility aids. I haven’t named mine yet, but they’re here assisting my daily needs.
Also OT is very good for my lack of fine motor skills.
I guess it differs because I have a physical disease.
