I was diagnosed with psychosis in 2012.
I’ve had sza since I was 18 in 2002 (maybe even longer). Half my life now!
one third of my life
i m 30
Three years for me.
Five or Six for me.
40 years, since I was 19 in 1980. No time off for good behaviour.

It started about 25 years ago for me but I went acutely psychotic 19 years ago. I was diagnosed and treated 10 years ago and have been free of positive symptoms for virtually all of the last 7 years. Negative symptoms still affect me. I’m still putting my life back together with reasonable success. Meds, lots of sleep, a good support system and healthy lifestyle habits are the trick.
