Yesterday I had a psychiatrist appointment. My meds are not being changed much which I am happy about.

I have cogwheel rigidity and have to take procyclidine again.

I am now on two antipsychotics long term.

I am staying on pregabalin

My GP is being told to give me 20mg of diazepam a day for however long I want it for.

I quit my job after it caused me to try and commit suicide.

I start a new landscaping business in the next couple of weeks

Should have a new van by end of the weekend.

My psychologist said I am also highest level priority of autism assessment

I got changed my meds since the voices aren’t listining. Tell me how do you manage with your voices. I feel like I’m shivering day by day
