This has been really hitting me hard as of late, can barely leave the bed. Any tips on what to do?
To begin with you just have to force yourself, but as you start to feel more productive it should get easier. Do things normal people do, like have a bath every day, walk in the park, do a crossword puzzle, or paint a picture.
You can try doing those online jobs that pay ~50 cents per survey. Do ten or twenty of them while resting in between and you might make $5. On days I lack motivation I treat myself with noodles and a movie in bed.
I find starting is the hard part. If you start brushing your teeth, or your hair, you’ll probably finish. Just do one thing. Don’t think about all the other things right now.
