In New York, vocational rehab is need based, but they offer scholarships up to $1,000 per semester.

If you are a veteran and go through the VA they will pay for everything.
But they told me I was not recommended for school or work and wanted to put me on an independent living plan so I am using my GI Bill it pays pretty good.
