How much sarcosine should you take? How much is too much?

I’d like t know as well. I just received my first order of sarcosine… I read the case study and they reccomended 2g daily and backing off to 1g daily if adverse reactions to the higher dosage. Maybe I should’ve waited to talk to my doctor about it but its a long time before I see him and he probably doesn’t know much about sarcosine either…

Hey i started at 0.5 mg twice daily for 2 weeks, with some results, now 1 gram twice daily week 1.

It’s true, my depression and negative symptoms are better

Start off with just .5 gram for a couple days, then 1 gram, then up to 2 if you need it. I take 2 grams in the morning. It is about as good as a cup of coffee for me.

I take 2 grams a day and it works great. I believe the maximum amount you are supposed to take is 4 grams a day.

I believe Pixel is taking 3 grams a day he told me

6 AM, 1 gram, then afternoon 1 gram like 12:00 PM and then 6 PM 1 gram

so he’s dosage is 3 grams, and the source is also from brainvitaminz

man Sarcosine is helping me so much too after a decade of failed anti psychotics and anti depressants even minocycline, might have a temporary side effect cuz i upped to 1 grams twice daily and it’s week1, i’m not letting this go
