How much do you like your home/apartment/house?

I love our home and where it is. I will probably never move unless I have to for some unforeseen reason.

I am absolutely in love with my living situation
I’m on section 8 in a 1 bedroom apartment with my kitty
Rent is dirt cheap
I’m close to bus lines and everything you can imagine is in walking distance from my apartment
I have a car and a job where I don’t make a fortune but enough carrying cash
I love it :sunglasses::heart:

My house is nice but I can’t stand my room.

We’re renting a home that we like well enough that we moved to from a condo we hated. I documented the move here:

Lots of pics of how our current place is set up. We’re looking at purchasing a home in town now, but the wife and I can’t agree. She wants a huge place and I would like to downsize.

No idea about bitcoins

I prolly won’t buy a flat until I’m in my 40s

Hopefully I won’t have to sell it and relocate.

I just want to stay in one spot and not get into a lot of house selling hassle

I always wanted the type of apartment that I can make payments for and just buy it after a few years ------ unfortunately they don’t do that here in America :pensive:

It went up a lot recently

I tried everything for years, it makes me depressed everytime I try. Anyways I only put 1000$ in it and that money got it for free as bursuary from university. I put nothing from my pocket.

I tend to make my home wherever I can. My current living situation is in a house with my mom. I like it here and when she’s too old to care for the house we’re going to move into a retirement community, they have lots of them in my area.

I have a fairly large one bedroom apartment which I love. I’m able to live here under assistance from an SRAP (Supplemental Rental Assistance Plan) so my actual rent is low, and due to my clever wording my utilities are included . I’m on a block that’s pretty good, but the next block etc are crime, murder and so on. Still I love my little apartment.

I like my place. It’s a bunch of duplexes for the elderly or disabled. I like it cause I’m not stacked on a bunch of people like an apartment complex. Rent is cheap cause it’s HUD. They do a great job maintaining everything. They have some rules though, but I just try my best to keep my place clean. Here’s a picture I took after a tornado came through a few years ago. Also my neighbors are cool.

I’m very grateful to afford my apartment. I wish I loved it enough to clean it better.
