I usually eat one banana a day. But today I was ravenous, and being the daredevil that I am, I threw caution to the wind. Yes, I went there. I ate two bananas.

I could eat bananas every day but don’t want to overdo it because their high in potassium is tricky to treat if its high and low it has to be just right. I also like grapes apples peaches and pineapple.

My favorite fruits are blueberries.

I bought an 18oz container of blueberries this afternoon and ate them all in one go. They were so fresh and delicious. I predict smurf poops in my future. :grimacing:

Blueberries are really healthy less Fructose etc but they are too expensive for me I can’t afford those little balls

Lucky that u can.

That sounds quite nice though I have acrylamide fears regarding oats. Lol

I eat a small organic banana per meal. It just doesn’t feel the same without, and I mean dat on a really serious note.

" * Breakfast cereals – cornflakes and all-bran flakes are the worst offenders, while porridge oats contain no acrylamide at all."

I know it’s not the worst offender but I’ve read there’s enough acrylamide to scare me. It’s just personal my body’s pretty fragile.

It’s in a table here.

Well, things like french fries, potato chips, coffee, toast, etc all have it as well.

BTW, it depends on how you prepare the food.

Since oatmeal for breakfast is typically boiled or microwaved, it’s not an issue.

Based on this excerpt from the article you posted, boiled oatmeal is safe. Oatmeal.is also very healthy for you.

“However, porridge is made by boiling rolled oats in water or milk, so it would not contain acrylamide unless the oats were baked or toasted first, which is not the traditional recipe.”

I don’t trust oats. It’s just me. I’m allowed to have that opinion

Oats are heat treated to flatten it. At high degrees. Idk how much but I feel its maybe a lot. Thus why

Well, if that’s what you believe, do’nt eat them. I was just pointing out that the article you posted does not support your claims.
