To lose weight, I’m eating 5 very small meals a day. So far it’s working
I usually only eat one meal a day sometimes I eat 2 but not very often
I eat three times a day that’s not including my three to four coffees with soy milk and my tea and fruit or oj.
I want to lose three kg but don’t see how I can eat less.
I have sugar free soft drink with dinner.
