I had a friend tell me 1 black and mild was equivalent to smoking a pack which seems to me in terms of volume alone impossible. Quora did say there’s anywhere from 100 - 200 mg of nicotine in 1 black and mild which is similar to a pack but in terms of the amount of tobacco your smoking it’s gotta be less right?
I always heard 1 was equivalent to a pack. I love a black and mild occasionally.
