My dad told me that you start to lose your focus when you get to forty. He also told me that your health and education are the most important things.
Do the work you chose and don’t talk your self out of it.
I always do the thing that I chose to do by which I can complete the task, because of which I don’t talk myself out of it.
Playing video games as a hobby is ok. Don’t let it become an addiction. It does not bring any mental health benefit.
When I first got sz I believed a lack of concentration was the problem and I would read a ray Bradbury short story each night. He was the only author I could read and his stories were usually ten pages long. I dreamed of the day I could read for many hours and escape in it. But that day never came though my concentration did improve and I could read different people. Still today I often stick to the ten pages program.
If I have caffeine and nicotine, I can focus for a long time.
Food, however, slows me down.
Read for 20 mins and relax like watching your favourite channel or small hobby around 10 mins and again read for 20 mins.
Its called Pomodoro Technique
