Clean from ciggys and alcohol and drugs for? I havent smoked in 10 weeks basically cant really remember exactly but its been a while.. havent drank since april 24th 2025 on may 30th i bought a bottle and had 3 drunks and poured it all out down the sink. haven’t smoked maruijuana since janurary 26 2020

I got clean and sober in January of 1990. No drugs or alcohol for 35 years and I don’t smoke.

I stopped smoking 20 years ago. Haven’t touched weed in 12 years.

I do drink on occasion but I’m contemplating on quitting it altogether.

Sometimes I buy a canister of Swedish tobacco (snus) that I use.

I try to eat healthy foods. I only eat a pizza once a month. And one hamburger once a month.

Snus is tobacco that you put under your lip and you suck on it. It’s really good. I love it. But it can cause mouth cancer.

I’ve been off the cigs for a little over 2 years and off the vape for 22 months. My pulmonary function tests have all improved since then.

I drink sometimes. Vaping currently but usually i just use nicotine gum. And i quit weed years ago. Because it makes me paranoid when im on it. Is not pleasant.

Haven’t smoked cigarettes since this past June. Haven’t drank alcohol since this past winter. Havent smoked pot in over a year.

Ive been off everything except tobacco products for a very very very long time. Like around 10 years since I have had any alcohol or marijuana.

edit: Besides small amounts of alcohol in the rare food.

Stopped smoking start of 2024.

Besides a few times drugs (weed & e’s) 2007.

Alcohol yesterday (still working on stopping it)

Stopped smoking about 15 years ago. I still vape occasionally, on and off. I dont drink, not even socially. Last time I was drunk, almost 15 years ago. Not used drugs since I was 18.

Stopped smoking weed and taking other drugs 3 years ago. Quit tobbaco but am still vapeing constantly. Haven’t given up alcohol.

Still smoke but we can’t all be perfect!
