If you’ve been through something traumatic like an assault. How long did you wait before going back to work(or school)? I’m supposed to go back to work tomorrow and I was only given 3 days off. I’m scared I won’t be ready to go back to work but I have no choice
I got sick at age 19 and went through hell for 2 1/2 years before I got back to work at age 22.
I worked for 6 years before having a nasty relapse and didn’t work again until a year later.
I’ve been working ever since.

I was psychotic for 2 years before knowing I was sick then I got help.
I’m not talking about being psychotic
Well considering it was happening as early as when I was in grade one, I was back in school the next morning and trying to cover up what happened and explain away bruises on my arms and face. Lying about it was normal for me.
