Oh, we’re packing. We hate where we are so it’s a mixed blessing. Just means that we’ll have a realtor traipsing through here with potential buyers for the next while. He was pissed when he told us we have to leave on weekdays when he’s showing and we said no. My wife and I both work from home and we can’t just walk away from our jobs with no notice or warning. If they show it during the weekday, they’re showing it around us. OR they are compensating us for lost wages.

We follow a local rental group and we’ve watched two different families unable to get a place for the entire time we’ve lived here. After seeing this we were really worried about how hard it would be to find the right sized place for ourselves and for our daughter when she is home. We had tried to rent a house when we first moved here, but they kept getting scooped from under us. We managed to get an entire home this time, and in only three days of looking. The interior has been almost completely redone. The exterior is a bit rough, but it’s being done this spring once it warms up. We’re pretty chuffed.

Now we just have to move our shite across town.
