It’s not the fat around my genitalia does not have allot Of fat plus I press in so the fat would be obsolete u can’t lose that much to fat that’s not even covering that much and what about the girth

Switch to abilify then, it lowers prolactin level which increases testosterone, people can get hypersexuality on it
