Does antipsychotic reduce your size?(Male)

I have been taking antipsychotic for the past 12 years,I did got off it multiple times and don’t be angry at me,tbh when I am off meds my erection is much stronger and more beefy,and I am only on a low dose.Does anyone who had times that comes off meds either with doctor approval or not have the same experience??

Does it have to do with lowering of testosterone or meds causing a higher level of prolactin on me that cause this?

I dont believe so. But most AP’s make you gain weight. and you can develop fat in that area, which will make your pecker appear smaller.
