If your anxious try deep breathing technique. It should help you feel little better if not try meditation it might help as well. I hope you feel better soon @see121

My mental health worker told me a trick. Take something cold from the freezer like a bag of veggies or if you have a cold pack. Take a deep breath, hold the bag or pack onto your face for as long as you can hold your breath. Continue a few times.
Well I know what I do, but a) i’m on a public forum and b) everyone’s different. I lived the first 20+ years of my life thinking that people are all the same. That’s such a wrong thought. Everyone is different and you need to put in the work to find what makes you calm. Breathing exercises are seriously very helpful for most people…but don’t forget to find that thing that makes you feel centered. For some people it’s ponies, for others it’s cats or meditation or painting weird paintings. Whatever it is, find it, put in the work, and enjoy the calm.
Before I was too scared to do it, I used to go hiking in nature. I loved it. Hot baths help, especially with aroma therapy. Squared breathing helps too.
