How do I motivate myself to work more hours?

I really need to work more hours but right now the best I’m able to manage is around 30ish hours a week. I really want to work 40 hours a week. I just got a raise and if I was able to work 40 hour a week I could potentially save $500-600 a month toward a car/a new life. How do I do it?!?!

Self care. The more you cre for yourself the more you can put out. If you’re worn out you break down.

It’s like asking how can I maximize how many miles I can get out of my car. Well the answer is to take very good care of it. Change the oil make sure all the fluids are topped off etc. the better you take care of it the further it will go.

Take up photography as a hobby. Worse than having a meth habit. You’ll be working two full-time jobs before you know it so you can pay for everything.

Haha @shutterbug I think horses are more expensive so I already have an expensive hobby!

See? You’re on the path to excess. I mean, success.

30hrs a week is very good, i am ashamed bc i seem unable at this point to do anywhere near that, i would say to count your blessings and not over do it, be careful you dont push to hard and know your limits,

I’ve been doing what i can with what i am capable of, for me i need to be very careful, too much and i get overwhelmed, anxious, panic etc. My fatigue is a big problem for me as well, its all about having a good balance I’d say, give yourself plenty of me time as well.

I used to do JRE work-out and every hour you need to take a deep breath and out 5 times then you connect yourself to the workout you used to practice daily for an hour the more number of hours you do its better.

Let me find the thread I posted earlier

It really good stress buster and you will feel relaxed  to work more

think a reason why you are working so hard and enjoy,
