How do I block quote? (When I say block quote I’m referring to highlighting (it’s usually in blue) a part of a member’s reply in my reply.)

If anyone would be so kind to guide me, step-by-step (in sequential order), I would greatly appreciate it.

Like this?
Just highlight the part you want to quote and click the “Quote” button that appears over the highlighted part. The code is “[…quote=“kindness, post:1, topic:83720”] … […/quote]” without the ellipses.
