Hello， Farcry3. It’s nice to see your posts. Johrei therapy sounds interesting. Hope you enjoy it and receive good effects from it. I take a bit of Chinese medicine to help with my energy as I suffer from fatigue, one of the negatives of Sz. The Chinese medicine I take daily are Eleuthero Roots and gojiberry. Just a little bit everyday, not much, because if you take too much, both of them will mess up your sleep.
