I had a so-so day today. Got a sore throat last night and this morning. So took a flu pill which made me sleepy during the day. My brain was heavy. I could do nothing but bummed around on internet. Took a nap then felt better. In the afternoon, I picked up a book by professor George E Vaillant. The book is the result of a research project. “Triumphs of Experience: The men of the Harvard Grant Study by George Vaillant”. It answers the question “what is happiness to humen”. I just read 2 chapters. Will continue reading tomorrow.
hey. I’m up. It’s 130am here. You’re in china right. My mom used to say we were digging to China whenever we would play in the dirt as kids. LOL. I miss that woman. You’re a woman right. Oh no I already slept. I have this early waking thing going on. So i went to bed at 9pm. That means I had 4 hours of sleep. I will just have a nap later today and it will be fine.
4 hours sleep per night is awful! For me, a nap is only a nap which usually lasts for half an hour.
I’ve been getting 1 or 2 2 hour naps. I’ve been trying different things to help me stay asleep like trazadone and melatonin, but neither worked and both things gave me a headache. And the melatonin seemed to make my depression feel a little worse. Next I’m trying ambien. I’ll start that tonight, but I’m actually not expecting it to work. I think I’m stuck this way until my brain chemistry decides to change again because usually when I get in a sleep pattern I stay that way for awhile.
